Job Title: Site Engineer – High Rise & Mivan ShutteringJob Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Site Engineer to oversee the construction of our high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Mivan (aluminum) formwork technology and a proven track record of managing large-scale, vertical residential or commercial structures. You will be responsible for executing structural drawings, ensuring strict quality control, and maximizing formwork cycle efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Mivan Formwork Management: Supervise the assembly, erection, and dismantling of aluminum (Mivan) formwork to ensure rapid construction cycles (typically 7 to 10 days per floor). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- High-Rise Execution: Oversee the construction of multi-story towers, ensuring critical elements such as verticality, plumbness, and floor-to-floor heights are strictly maintained. [1, 2]
- Structural Oversight: Interpret structural drawings, rebar detailing, and architectural plans to guide site supervisors and construction crews. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure concrete finishes meet exact standards (requiring minimal plastering) and enforce strict OSHA/site safety protocols regarding working at heights, scaffolding, and material lifting. [1]
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate the deployment of tower cranes, concrete boom placers, and labor forces to maintain project timelines.
- Progress Monitoring: Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports, track material consumption, and manage on-site inventory of formwork components.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
