We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our range of hotel, restaurant, café, and outdoor furniture solutions. The role involves contacting businesses, understanding their furniture requirements, and scheduling showroom visits or meetings for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential clients such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices, and institutions
- Introduce the company and explain our furniture products and solutions
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Fix appointments and showroom visits for interested customers
- Follow up with previous inquiries and potential buyers
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM/Excel
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable furniture products
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for closing deals
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
