Key Responsibilities:
- Be primary point of contact for clients – send quotations, convert into orders, coordinate for dispatch, follow up for payment
- Coordinating with accounts, dispatch, and production for timely order processing and delivery
- Understanding client needs and resolving issues/concerns
- Comparing the material quantity as per calculation vs actual quantity used
- Prepare periodic reports on sales, order status, and collections
- Support field sales executive and monitor daily progress
- Manage leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert into orders
- Prepare and update sales materials including online social media posts
- Ensure proper documentation and filing
- Other supporting tasks as required
Skills Required:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personality and soft skills for effective client communication
- Quantitative skills to prepare quotation, costing, etc
- 2-5 years of experience in client coordination
- Willingness to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
