Seeking an experienced Workday Developer with deep expertise in Workday integrations, including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector. This role will be responsible for end-to-end integration design, development, testing, and deployment, along with report creation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
- Create and maintain complex Workday reports to support integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with integrations, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, payroll, legal, and accounting teams to define requirements and address process pain points.
- Integrate Workday with third-party vendor systems and internal applications.
- Contribute to the HR data and analytics strategy by building and optimizing integrations and dashboards.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and assist in building internal delivery documentation.
- Support product enhancement by adding new features, workflows, and automation.
- 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations with expertise in APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector (for worker and areas such as benefits).
- Strong understanding of Workday functional modules (one or more).
- Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio preferred.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 implementation.
- Familiarity with streaming integrations and accumulator usage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience designing integrations involving multiple data sources.
- Background in HR technology or HR data analytics.
