We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – O&M Projects to drive business growth and acquire new Solar O&M projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, project acquisition, client relationship management, contract negotiations, and achieving business targets for Solar O&M and AMC services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new Solar O&M, AMC, and long-term maintenance projects.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, channel partners, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with solar developers, EPC companies, industrial clients, and asset owners.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFPs for O&M projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project handover and execution.
- Achieve business targets and maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in Solar O&M business development and project acquisition.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, AMC/O&M contracts, and plant operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 4–10 years of experience in Solar EPC/O&M business development.
- Proven track record in new business generation and O&M project acquisition.
- Strong industry network and ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
