About Us Modular Pulse Group is a specialist precast concrete group headquartered in Bhopal, India. We deliver precast structural engineering, technical design, PMC, and QA/QC services, along with end-to-end factory setup and on-site execution for precast concrete infrastructure across India and internationally.
About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Accounts Manager to take ownership of store management, stock control, and basic day-to-day accounting. You'll track material movement, maintain accurate stock records, and manage basic books of accounts, invoices, and payments — sitting right at the intersection of operations and finance.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of incoming and outgoing materials, raw materials, and finished goods
- Oversee day-to-day store operations — receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Set reorder levels and raise timely purchase requests
- Maintain basic books of accounts — purchases, sales, ledger entries
- Prepare basic financial sheets: cash flow, expense trackers, stock valuation
- Process vendor invoices, track payables/receivables and payment follow-ups
- Support monthly closing, audits, and GST/tax filing with data and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, POs, and pricing
- Generate stock and MIS reports for management
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years' experience in inventory management, store management, or basic accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books a plus
- Solid grasp of basic accounting concepts (ledgers, invoices, reconciliation)
- High attention to detail, organized, and trustworthy with financial data
- Comfortable with hands-on stock verification and desk-based reporting
- Good English and Hindi communication skills

Pay: ₹11,707.97 - ₹38,890.00 per month
