Urgent Hiring for Credit Relationship Officer (Telecollection & Telesales)
Location: Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to counsel customers on overdue payments.
- Explain service plans to help customers improve credit scores and become loan-eligible.
- Achieve monthly collections and call volume targets.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve customer credit bureau issues.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi; multilingual skills are a major plus.
- Skills: Target-driven mindset with basic knowledge of loans and credit products.
Compensation & Benefits
- Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 / month based on performance
