Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations.
- Manage transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Ensure timely movement of goods, materials, and shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and customers.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch or delivery-related issues.
- Support procurement and warehouse operations when required.
- Negotiate with transport vendors for cost-effective services.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation efficiency.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch and operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
