Job Title: Sales Manager – BD Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential international clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups through emails, calls, and meetings to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Understand and promote mechanical equipment used in Water and Waste industry, including STP, ETP, WTP, DM, and RO plants.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s international growth strategy. Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis during management review meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Proposal, Dispatch, and Accounts) to ensure timely project execution.
Participate in international travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market development.
Key Skills:
Proficient in English and Knowledge of any international language is added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations.
Hands-on experience with Sales CRM software.
Ability to prepare reports and dashboards for management meetings.
Strong understanding of international sales market trends and export processes.
Must be detail-oriented, target-driven, and proactive in client interactions.
Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or
MBA in Sales and Marketing Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Water & Waste, Automobile, or Mechanical Manufacturing industries dealing with international markets.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally as required.
Candidates from Water & Waste, Automobile, or Mechanical Manufacturing industries with international sales exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
