Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through site visits, market research & references
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and clients
- Conduct field visits across Tricity for business development
- Present company services and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and follow-ups
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- 6 months – 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing
- Must be a local candidate from Punjab (Tricity preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market and client handling
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction / facade / building materials industry (plus point)
- Strong networking and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
