About the Role
Neuberg Diagnostics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and channel partners while achieving revenue targets for pathology and radiology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and B2C business development activities in the assigned region.
- Identify and onboard new doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth service delivery.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, CMEs, health camps, and branding initiatives.
- Monitor collection, billing, and outstanding payments from clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in diagnostics, pathology, radiology, healthcare, or pharma sales.
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in Mumbai region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
