Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at the manufacturing unit.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and HR records.
- Maintain employee files, joining documents, and HR databases.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.
- Handle payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and coordination with the accounts/payroll team.
- Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws as applicable.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other employee concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, overtime, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate with contract labour/vendors and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and a positive work environment at the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling factory/plant HR operations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance management, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Willingness to work at a manufacturing plant and manage employee-related matters independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
