We are seeking a dedicated and fluent English-speaking Dental Caller to join our back-office team and work night shift. This role involves handling inbound and outbound patient calls for our U.S.-based dental clinic, managing appointment scheduling, conducting recare and follow-up calls, and maintaining professional and empathetic communication with patients at all times. Roles and Responsibilities Inbound Calls:
- Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, appointment availability, and treatment-related queries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the dental PMS (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Route urgent calls to clinical staff if needed.
Outbound Calls:
- Call patients for recare (routine check-up/cleaning) appointments based on due dates.
- Follow up on no-shows, cancellations, and unscheduled treatment plans.
- Contact patients for appointment reminders and confirmations.
- Conduct reactivation calls for inactive patients.
Administrative Support:
- Document all interactions and call outcomes in the dental software and/or CRM.
- Update and verify patient contact details and insurance information, if applicable.
- Coordinate with the front desk team in the U.S. to ensure seamless operations.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone with all patients.
- Report daily call activity and outcomes to supervisors
- Provide insights or trends from patient interactions to improve clinic services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills (U.S. accent or neutral accent preferred).
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar dental or medical calling role is preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. dental terminology, common procedures, and insurance basics is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Proficiency in dental PMS (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is an advantage.
