Senior Consultant Developer – nCino | 7+ Years | Gurgaon Onsite | Contract
We are hiring an experienced Senior Consultant Developer – nCino for an immediate requirement based at the client location in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in nCino, Salesforce development, banking/lending processes, integrations, and end-to-end implementation delivery.

Budget: ₹1.30 Lakh per Month + GST
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System.
- Configure nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Portfolio Management, and Customer Onboarding.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and external banking systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Lead technical workstreams during nCino implementations.
- Support data migration, integration testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, banking stakeholders, and QA teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of relevant IT / Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on nCino implementation and customization experience.
- Good knowledge of nCino Commercial Banking and Lending processes.

- Must be willing to work onsite from Gurgaon.
