Position: Chemistry Faculty IIT Foundation (Grades 6–10)
Location: Mancherial, Telangana
Experience: 5 + years preferred
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry & B.Ed with excellent subject knowledge. Candidates with school experience for IIT Foundation/Olympiads are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry concepts to students of Classes 6 to 10 under the IIT Foundation curriculum and NCRT books.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and analytical thinking among students.
- Prepare students for examinations such as NTSE, Olympiads, and future IIT-JEE preparation.
- Design lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question banks aligned with the foundation syllabus.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, experiments, demonstrations, and activity-based learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual academic support where required.
- Maintain academic records, test reports, and communicate student performance to parents and school management.
- Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and academic enrichment programs.

- Strong command over Chemistry fundamentals from middle and secondary school levels.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Familiarity with IIT Foundation, Olympiad, and competitive exam patterns.
