Key Responsibilities
- Drive Home Loan sales and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Source business through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate developers, and sourcing partners.
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of loan applications.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Sales teams for smooth processing.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and business performance through regular MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
