Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Office Assistant to oversee housekeeping activities and manage office inventory. The role involves monitoring housekeeping services, ensuring office cleanliness standards are maintained, and managing stationery, pantry supplies, and other office consumables. The candidate will coordinate with housekeeping staff but will not perform cleaning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Coordination
- Monitor and ensure housekeeping staff maintain office cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping personnel for daily cleaning schedules and requirements.
- Report any housekeeping or maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure housekeeping materials and supplies are available as required.
Stationery & Consumables Management
- Monitor stock levels of stationery, pantry items, and office consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office consumables.
- Track usage and availability of office supplies to avoid shortages.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
