We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and seamlessly guiding prospective members from first interaction to enrolment.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing role for someone who combines warm hospitality and relationship-building skills with a strong understanding of consultative sales.
The ideal candidate comes from the customer service, hospitality, luxury service, wellness, or premium client experience sectors, and understands how to convert conversations into long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and attentive service.
You will be responsible for ensuring every client interaction — whether in person, over calls, WhatsApp, or email — reflects Eclipse’s premium experience while also supporting membership growth and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions at the studio
- Deliver a warm, attentive, and personalised experience to every member and prospective client
- Build strong relationships with members to foster trust, consistency, and retention
- Proactively follow up with inactive members and nurture long-term engagement
- Handle queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Ensure every client touchpoint reflects Eclipse’s hospitality and service standards
Sales & Member Conversion
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, trial participants, and leads into memberships
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate membership plans and offerings
- Conduct consultative conversations that focus on value, outcomes, and relationship-building
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain strong lead tracking and pipeline management
- Support studio sales targets through thoughtful and ethical conversion practices
Front Desk & Studio Operations
- Manage front desk operations and daily client coordination
- Support scheduling, bookings, class check-ins, and membership management
- Ensure smooth communication between members, teachers, and internal teams
- Maintain studio presentation and uphold premium hospitality standards
Member Retention & Growth
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Support upselling of workshops, trainings, events, and retreats where relevant
- Build initiatives that strengthen community engagement and repeat participation
Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relations, hospitality, client servicing, guest relations, or customer-facing sales
- Experience in premium service industries such as wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, or lifestyle services is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and customer lifecycle management
