1. Client Relationship Management & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including hotel managers, restaurant owners, and event planners. [1, 2]

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving high-level client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly. [1]
2. Data & CRM Operations
- Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) with accurate client profiles, order histories, and preferences.
- Analyze customer data to identify buying trends, seasonal demands, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Loyalty & Retention Strategy
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs or specialized VIP tier benefits specifically for regular hospitality and B2B clients.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order execution, delivery timelines, and stock availability. [1, 2]
