Job Purpose
The Senior Executive acts as the bridge between internal category heads and external creative agencies , ensuring marketing materials are delivered with precision, creativity, and speed. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of collateral development —from gathering technical inputs to delivering polished sample kits and digital assets that meet brand standards and drive commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Briefing Excellence: Convert complex technical inputs from Category Heads into clear, actionable creative briefs that agencies can execute seamlessly.
- Project Tracking: Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables for brochures, flyers, and digital assets; proactively flag risks and drive resolution.
- Content Synthesis: Review technical product data, distill key features, and translate them into compelling marketing copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular check-ins with internal teams and agencies to ensure expectations are met and feedback loops are efficient.
2. Collateral & Sample Kit Ownership
- Development Oversight: Lead the design and production of physical sample kits, including material sourcing, box design, and layout optimization.
- Quality Control: Audit collaterals to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and category-specific requirements.
- Inventory & Distribution: Maintain version control, track stock levels, and coordinate timely distribution of materials to sales teams across regions.
- Innovation: Introduce new formats or presentation styles to enhance the impact of sample kits and marketing materials.
3. Quick-Turn Design Support
- Direct Execution: Handle urgent design modifications such as pricing updates, text edits, or layout adjustments without agency dependency.
- Mockup Creation: Build rough digital mockups to visualize concepts, enabling faster decision-making before final agency rendering.
- Agility: Balance speed with accuracy, ensuring quick-turn deliverables maintain brand consistency.
