We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales, B2G.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
