We assist global clients and online retailers with store management, performance marketing, sourcing, and operational support. We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end hiring for various profiles (Business Development, Sales Representatives, Technical, and Support roles).
- Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Line up candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Conduct orientation and onboard new employees seamlessly.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and verify candidate documentation.
- Manage exit processes, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records.
- Track daily attendance, leaves, and assist in monthly payroll preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment and address workplace/employee grievances promptly.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations and recruitment (e-commerce or IT services background preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRMS software/job portals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and people-management skills.
