Additionally, the development of specialized alloys to substitute heavier metals remains an area requiring focused innovation and collaboration between OEMs and extrusion manufacturers.
Design Integration and Engineering Support:
Translating automotive design requirements into feasible extrusion profiles while balancing weight reduction, strength, and manufacturability. Supporting OEMs and Tier-1s in optimizing designs to leverage extrusion capabilities effectively.-
Technical Qualification and Validation:
Managing lengthy approval processes involving prototyping, testing, and validation to meet stringent OEM standards. Ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and quality norms for automotive-grade extrusions. -

Cost Competitiveness:
Balancing the cost of aluminium extrusions with performance and lightweighting benefits. Addressing OEM pressure for year-on-year cost reduction while maintaining profitability and quality. -
Customer Education and Technical Awareness:
Enhancing OEM and Tier-1 understanding of aluminium extrusion’s design flexibility, sustainability benefits, and integration potential compared to traditional materials like steel. -
Rapid Technology and EV Evolution:
