Job Objective:
To provide efficient and timely technical support for hardware, network, and system-related issues across the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. End User Support
- Provide technical support for hardware and system-related issues
- Configure systems, user logins, and access for employees and new joinees
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and Outlook-related issues
- Manage email configurations and provide backup support
- Support EPABX and telephone-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors for biomedical equipment support
- Provide overall technical assistance to all users
2. System & Network Management
- Manage and maintain mail servers, Active Directory, and Exchange server
- Configure and manage printers, firewall, and network systems
- Ensure regular data backup (servers, emails, CCTV)
- Monitor antivirus systems (e.g., Symantec Endpoint Protection)
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, internet, and voice connectivity
3. Security & Backup
- Manage firewall configuration and monitoring
- Perform regular backups of systems, servers, and user data
- Ensure security compliance across IT systems
- Monitor CCTV systems and maintain backups
4. IT Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage AMC renewals and vendor coordination
- Handle IT ticketing system and resolve issues within TAT
- Support bulk SMS systems and internal tools
5. Inventory Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory and tagging
- Track hardware/software usage and stock
- Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for IT equipment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
