We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead business operations, governance, and compliance for India and other GCC location. The role includes handling GST & compliance, statutory reporting, audits, budgeting, cash flow, vendor management, and HR compliances, while supporting senior management with strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Leadership
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, governance, and performance management for the organization.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions and management reporting.
- Monitor and control costs, profitability, and financial risks, including cross-border exposure where applicable.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs to ensure strong governance.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage and ensure compliance with GST (India)
- Handle statutory filings, returns, audits, and regulatory reporting across regions.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, external auditors, and government authorities for assessments, filings, and closures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations applicable to operations in India and Middle East.
Audit & Reporting
- Support and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closures and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting aligned to company and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee vendor financial management, including payments, reconciliations, and contract compliance.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment in finance and compliance processes.
- Co-ordinate with vendor ISO 27001 for annual renewal
HR Compliance
- Handle HR compliances as required (statutory HR documentation, compliance tracking, coordination with HR/admin for required submissions and records).
Educational Qualifications
- B. Com , CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory / Strongly Preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong exposure to India GST and compliance and reporting.
- Experience in vendor management, audits, and financial operations.
- Prior experience handling multi-country finance/compliance will be an advantage.
