Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Sales Executive who can engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. This is a front-end, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and pitch modular kitchen solutions effectively
- Explain design concepts, materials, finishes, layouts, and pricing to clients
- Understand client requirements and gather complete project details
- Take accurate site measurements (in mm) when required
- Conduct follow-ups with leads via phone calls and messages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through strong persuasion and relationship-building
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth project flow
- Occasionally visit sites for measurements or client discussions
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Confident in sales pitching and client handling
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads
- Basic understanding of modular kitchens / interiors (preferred)
- Ability to take precise measurements (in millimeters)
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field
- Candidates with a sales background in interiors, furniture, or home solutions will be preferred
Experience Required
- 1–3 years in sales (preferably interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, or real estate)
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered
