Pro Gaming by ISST is one of Pune's leading esports and gaming destinations, offering high-performance gaming infrastructure, esports tournaments, gaming events, community engagement, and a premium gaming experience. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming center while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the gaming center.
- Supervise gaming stations, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, operations, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the center.
- Coordinate gaming tournaments, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle inventory of gaming accessories, snacks, beverages, and merchandise.
- Monitor PC, console, and internet performance and coordinate with technical support whenever required.
- Achieve revenue targets through memberships, tournaments, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong gaming community through regular engagement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
