Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers from college students to join our team as Trainee Sales professionals. Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads, understand client requirements, and prepare customized proposals and presentations.

Learn and understand the company's IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.

Assist the sales team in lead generation, market research, and identifying new business opportunities through various channels.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions under the guidance of senior team members.

Coordinate with technical teams to gather project information and propose suitable solutions to clients.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Build and manage client relationships, with the opportunity to independently handle client conversions and project onboarding as you progress in the role.
