Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Cook with experience in Continental cuisine to support daily kitchen operations. The candidate will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting continental dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food quality, and kitchen cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef in preparation and cooking of continental dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety standards, kitchen SOPs, and hygiene regulations
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Continental cooking
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of continental recipes and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
