Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Relationship Officers (ROs) to support our UAE operations from our Kerala office. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, client relationship management, appointment setting, follow-ups, and coordinating with the UAE sales team to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and contact potential UAE business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, databases, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Client Engagement & Follow-Up
- Explain Nexus funding solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client funding requirements and assess eligibility.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure.
- Schedule appointments for the UAE Relationship Managers and Business Development Team.
CRM & Reporting
- Update all client interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Loan Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Strong telephone sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
