A logistics operations role at Delhivery Limited focuses on managing daily inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing floor or warehouse activities, and ensuring timely last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Handling: Manage daily inbound and outbound processes, including sorting, scanning, bag handling, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Operational Metrics: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Turnaround Time (TAT), on-time delivery rates, and productivity to reduce missing or delayed shipments.
- SOP Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and security across the facility or delivery center.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client and delivery escalations and identify root causes for recurring operational gaps.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Any graduation degree or a relevant background in logistics, supply chain, or commerce.
- Experience: Ranging from 0–1 years for entry-level execution roles (freshers with good communication)
- Skills: Strong basic computer/scanning knowledge, leadership capability, problem-solving, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
