Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and blue collar roles across various industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing positions, documentation, and joining formalities within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
- MS Excel and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in bulk hiring or domestic recruitment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
