What you’ll achieve
As a Consultant Database Engineer, you will be responsible in designing, administering, and supporting large-scale NoSQL database platforms within enterprise environments, along with strong experience in DevOps automation, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and AI-powered operational practices.
You will be:

Managing mission-critical NoSQL databases

Troubleshooting complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

Driving database modernization initiatives

Implementing automation frameworks, ensuring high availability and scalability

Leveraging AI-enabled monitoring and operational tools to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency

Essential Requirements

Deep expertise in distributed database platforms such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Neo4J, SingleStore & Stardog

Proficiency in using AI and GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms to enhance productivity, automate operational tasks, improve troubleshooting

Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered assistants for code generation, automation scripting, knowledge discovery, operational runbooks, incident management, and platform modernization initiatives

Experience integrating AI capabilities into infrastructure, database, and platform operations
Desirable Requirements
MongoDB Certified DBA Associate/Professional
Cassandra Administrator Certification\
