Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic tandoori cuisine for villa guests, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, hygiene, and personalized dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of tandoori dishes including kebabs, tikkas, grilled items, and Indian breads
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control
- Operate and maintain the tandoor section efficiently
- Customize meals based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ingredient requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques
- Expertise in North Indian and Mughlai cuisine
- Ability to handle guest-specific requests and customized menus
- Time management and kitchen coordination skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–7 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury villas, resorts, boutique hotels, or private dining setups
- Expertise in live tandoor cooking and premium guest service
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
