Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (Fixed) + Uncapped Monthly Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily through outbound calls.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Counsel prospective learners and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver a professional and positive admission experience throughout the enrollment process.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, B2C Sales, Telecalling, Customer Engagement, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
