Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EHS training programs as per approved training plans and maintain training records.
- Coordinate Safety Committee meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track closure of action items.
- Participate in Safety Committee activities and promote a positive safety culture across the organization.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly EHS compliance activities, especially in absence of EHS Lead.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on EHS compliance requirements and communications.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review Emergency Response Plans; organize and evaluate mock drills.
- Plan and conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Ensure readiness and periodic inspection of firefighting systems, emergency equipment, and first-aid facilities.
- Review and update Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessments.
- Provide technical guidance to departments on EHS requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and audit Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate with employees and committees (Safety, Occupational Health, Canteen) to address health & welfare concerns.
- Ensure contractors and third-party personnel comply with site EHS rules and safe working practices.
- Conduct EHS induction training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Participate in investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Prepare and maintain EHS reports, records, statistics, and documentation.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
