Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote the company's products and services by visiting clients, generating leads, building business relationships, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience in field marketing or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and business associates.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and activity updates.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation and business development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Marketing, Field Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer acquisition strategies.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
- Good Communication Skills
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development activities.
Travel & Reimbursement
- Petrol reimbursement will be provided at ₹5 per kilometer for official field travel, as per company policy.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Candidates with relevant field marketing experience may be considered regardless of specialization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
