The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and finishing projects for residential and commercial developments.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects, clients, and project teams to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.Prepare and coordinate 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and mood boards using AutoCAD and other design software.Select suitable materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes in line with project requirements, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.Coordinate site execution, finishing activities, vendor procurement, and client approvals.Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and budgets to ensure timely completion.Conduct site inspections and resolve design and execution-related issues.Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project execution.Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software.Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods.Experience in residential villas, apartments, office spaces, and retail projects.Vendor management and procurement coordination skills.Good communication and client-handling abilities.Strong project planning and site coordination skills.QualificationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.Preferred Candidate Profile5-8 years of experience in interior design and finishing projects.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹10,788.74 - ₹45,635.75 per month
