Job Title: IT System Administrator / Desktop Support EngineerJob Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT System Administrator / Desktop Support Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Windows server and desktop administration, Microsoft 365 management, network support, hardware troubleshooting, and end-user technical assistance while ensuring system security and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot firewall configurations and network connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and EDR solutions.
- Perform IT asset management, inventory audits, and hardware/software lifecycle tracking.
- Coordinate IT procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain software licensing compliance and system documentation.
- Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
- Maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Desktop Support.
- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
