- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Update CRM with call details
- Maintain customer records and databases
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Any Degree with Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in Sales Coordinator
