Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the HR department in managing day-to-day HR operations at our Foresta, Mulshi property. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism and leave records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Support payroll-related activities by maintaining accurate attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for resolution.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies, rules and procedures.
- Maintain proper records of employee documents and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters, warnings and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of ID cards, uniforms and other employee-related requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower and employee-related matters.
- Support exit formalities, full & final documentation and clearance processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to handle employees professionally and resolve basic HR queries.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality/resort HR will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
The candidate should be responsible, approachable, disciplined and comfortable working in a resort environment at Mulshi. Freshers with relevant HR qualifications may also be considered based on their skills and attitude.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
