Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok showcasing Prime Developers' US real estate projects — including commercial plazas, day care facilities, and residential developments
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and short-form video scripts tailored to US real estate buyers and investors
- Design static graphics, carousels, and reels using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools aligned to brand guidelines
- Plan and manage a weekly content calendar across all platforms — ensuring consistent posting frequency and brand voice
- Repurpose project updates, site photos, and milestone announcements into shareable social content
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms; respond promptly and professionally
- Track and report weekly on key metrics — reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and lead clicks
- Research US real estate trends, competitor content, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and effective
- Collaborate with the US sales and marketing team via Slack/Zoom to align content with active campaigns and project launches
- Support paid ad campaigns by creating ad creatives and A/B test variations for Facebook and Instagram
Requirements
- 4-7years of social media content creation experience — real estate, lifestyle, or B2C brands preferred
- Strong portfolio of Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok content (please share link with application)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent design tools
- Excellent written English — US audience tone and style
- Comfortable working with a US-based team remotely across time zones
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
