Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of menu items.
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.
- Properly store and label food items to minimize waste.
- Support junior kitchen staff and provide guidance when required.
- Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies and deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
