Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
- Plan menus and introduce new recipes as required.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate kitchen supplies.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
