- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call prospective patients from social media, website leads, or campaigns and convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient visits, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Treatment Explanation: Clearly explain cosmetic services (e.g., veneers, teeth whitening, aligners) and clinic offers to callers.
- Patient Follow-up: Perform post-treatment follow-ups to get feedback, ensure satisfaction, and prompt for future appointments.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update patient details, call records, and databases in Excel or CRM software.
- Query Resolution: Professionally answer patient questions and objections regarding dental procedure
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in dental, aesthetic, or healthcare settings.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in local language (e.g., Tamil and English.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Key Traits: Empathetic, persuasive, polite, and target-oriented. Typical Working Conditions
