Job Summary
ECOG Core Technologies is looking for a Digital Creative Production Lead to manage the creative production team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality graphic designs and videos. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, video editing, team coordination, and creative quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Graphic Design and Video Editing team.
- Allocate creative tasks and monitor project progress.
- Review posters, videos, and other creative assets before delivery.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time with high quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to junior designers and editors.
- Handle urgent and high-priority creative projects when required.
- Maintain creative files, project records, and production schedules.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Educational Qualification

- Experience leading or coordinating a creative team is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
