Responsibilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of electronic/electromechanical medical devices
- Onsite service support and timely resolution of equipment issues
- Coordinate with service contractors and maintain service records
- Train hospital staff/customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely support and follow-up
- Ensure closure of assigned service calls within timelines
- Submit service reports, PM reports, and related documents to branch office
- Coordinate with service coordinator for spare parts and equipment support
Eligibility CriteriaFor Engineer Positions
- Diploma in Biomedical / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
- OR
- B.Tech / BE in Biomedical / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experienceFor Specialist – Ventilator & Anaesthesia
- B.Tech / BE in relevant engineering field with minimum 5 years of experience
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and service-oriented approach
- Self-motivated and capable of managing field schedules independently
- Technical troubleshooting and maintenance expertise
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- B.Tech/BE in Biomedical/E&C/Instrumentation: 2 years (Preferred)
