About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Procurement professional to manage freight buying and warehousing across our primary logistics network. The role blends operational execution with strategic initiatives, requiring strong coordination and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead freight buying for primary logistics (factory to distribution centers), including should-cost analysis and vendor negotiation.

Drive dynamic network management to optimize cost, service, and efficiency.

Manage warehousing including negotiate rentals, identify locations, and support Project One (warehouse consolidation/upgrade).

Deliver strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination across the logistics network.

Ensure compliance with Nestlé procurement processes and commercial governance.
Who We're Looking For

6–10 years of experience in logistics procurement, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.

Proven expertise in freight buying, should-cost modelling, vendor negotiation, and network management.

Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable balancing operational and strategic priorities.

MBA preferred
