We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining financial products, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain various loan products
- Generate and qualify leads through company-provided and self-generated databases
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in MS Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Resolve basic customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Build customer confidence through effective communication and follow-up

Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer service, or financial services experience will be preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills in Marathi and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets
