TELECALLER – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per the assigned database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for the sales or operations team.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and lead details in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely communication and conversion opportunities.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets set by the management.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements and appointments.
- Submit daily call reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance requirements, and communication protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Support promotional campaigns, customer feedback collection, and other telecalling activities as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
